Description
Every day, millions of people step onto buses, trains, trams, and subways, moving together through the rhythm of the city. At first glance, they seem to share the same direction, yet every journey leads somewhere different, just as every life follows its own path.
Within a single moment of shared space, countless stories, dreams, and struggles intersect. We pass one another without knowing what someone is carrying, where they are coming from, or what awaits them at the end of the day. Sometimes a stranger holds our attention for only a second, sparking a silent observation or imagined story. Other times, we pass unnoticed.
This drawing reflects on those fleeting encounters and the invisible lives that surround us each day. It is a meditation on movement, solitude, and the quiet distance between people who are, for a moment, travelling side by side.
