About Me & My Art

I am Beatrix Milecz, born in 1992 in Hungary. Originally, I hold a degree in environmental engineering, but I found my true calling in the world of art. I primarily create realistic watercolor and acrylic paintings, as well as charcoal and pastel drawings.

I currently live in Germany, where I have had the opportunity to join a local art community, with whom we regularly organize exhibitions in Germany and France, covering a variety of themes.

In addition to commissioned works, I draw inspiration for my independent pieces from the sense of calm and freedom found in nature. Observing small details and the diversity of the animal and plant world is especially important to me. Furthermore, psychology as a science has always had a strong influence on my life, which is why observing human nature and behavior, as well as relationships and emotions, plays a central role in my everyday life. For this reason, capturing human moments and meaningful memories is particularly close to my heart.

Each of my artworks is always accompanied by a story – an experience, a memory, or a dream.

In November 2023, I held my first solo exhibition, which presented my first two years spent in Germany. Each painting was accompanied by its own short story, allowing visitors to better understand my perspective and get to know me. Through conversations, I was also able to discover the different viewpoints and impressions of the visitors, which further reinforced a thought about art that is important to me:

Paintings are like a poem or a piece of music; each has its own message and atmosphere, and everyone interprets them in their own way.

Therefore, this page also functions as a virtual exhibition, where I can connect with you, my visitors, through the reflection of important feelings and memories. In turn, you can get to know me better and discover a piece of my world.
